In participating T-Mobile stores nationwide, the Timex Family Connect Watch showcases an interactive tutorial (demo) mode that goes through all of the watch’s features. This tutorial mode is featured in 3 different languages (English, French, & Spanish).
My responsibility included creating the step-by-step process that teaches users how to use the watch as well as creating a 30-second promotional MP4 video that plays as the animation on the watch screen when it idles in-store.
